Seth Porges is the co-author of Our Polyvagal World: How Safety and Trauma Change Us. He also wrote, produced, and directed the documentary Class Action Park on Max. He formerly worked as an editor at Popular Mechanics and a columnist for Bloomberg Businessweek.
