Who We're Looking for:

With rapidly growing dynamic business opportunities both nationally and internationally, we're looking for an Email marketer who thrives on writing strategic campaigns that generate immediate sales. The person in this position should have outstanding copywriting skills, strong business acumen and enjoy working in a team environment.

The person in this role will manage a sales-based Email calendar with an entrepreneurial mindset — treating each campaign as if they were the sole owner, driving monthly sales, and growing revenue year over year.

What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)

  • Write and develop compelling offers (both short and long-form copy) that drive conversions
  • Manage Email calendar, including selecting campaigns, maintaining calendar layout, writing copy, and analyzing and reporting results
  • Identify new opportunities to increase KPIs through automation, segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Use your own creative abilities and data skills to enhance and refine our proven marketing methodology
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions that allow you to rapidly respond to the needs, demands, and tastes of our audience
  • Test new strategies to build audiences, increase engagement and boost reach
  • Coordinate and align marketing efforts with business operations to launch new training events and products

Requirements:

  • Experience ideating, writing, and analyzing Email campaigns
  • Proven success with Email copywriting (please submit examples with your resume)
  • College Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or related field and/or relevant experience
  • Ability to measure Email performance using analytics tools and sales reports
  • Ability to articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Overview of the Materials Management Team: 

 

The Сòòò½ÊÓÆµ Materials Management Team works quickly and efficiently to deliver educational books and products across the world. This close-knit team is responsible for all warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, receiving and inventory. Additionally, our team provides strong customer service to vendors and customers by providing shipping quotes, meeting delivery deadlines, and resolving discrepancies when needed. Сòòò½ÊÓÆµâ€™s Materials Management team also works with the business management and product teams to plan and operate successful virtual bookstores.

 

The Materials Management Team plays an important role in fulfilling Сòòò½ÊÓÆµâ€™s mission of connecting knowledge with need!

 

What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities) 

 

  • Preparing shipments for postal or commercial conveyance via the most economical and efficient packaging/shipping methods 
  • Receiving, verifying, and unloading incoming materials
  • Operate forklift, when necessary
  • General warehousing duties including order fulfillment, sorting, counting, labeling and shelving
  • Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts, product set-up, and preparing seminar materials ·
  • Process and resolve relevant receiving and invoice inquiries 
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team: (skills and requirements)

  • Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience in shipping/receiving
  • 2+ years’ experience in shipping and receiving, and knowledge of the shipping process is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who can also work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills ·
  • Capable of physical work that includes standing for extended periods of time and lifting packages weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Reader.

  • Contribute to interesting, cutting-edge, clinically oriented continuing education programming by working with leading experts in the rehab field
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with associations, co-sponsor organizations, industry influencers, and key strategic partners
  • Negotiate agreements with potential partners and decision-makers within organizations
  • Collaborate with our team to shape the clinical content being created in our online courses and events, in part by recruiting new voices in the field and helping to give form to their ideas
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments shaping the healthcare field, with a keen eye on how the physical therapy field is evolving
  • Help guide the vision and growth of our organization in the rehab field
  • Chase opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in the rehab business
  • Work with our team to help grow our rehab audience through innovative ideas for content distribution and marketing
  • Create data-driven marketing campaigns through writing compelling sales copy and determining key target audiences
  • A keen entrepreneurial drive with the ability to act independently with a sense of urgency and the confidence to handle a variety of challenges
  • Work internally with multiple departments to ensure that continuing education standards are met, and post-event financials are reported

What You Bring to the Team:

  • At least 10 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist with either a master’s degree or DPT
