Ever had a gut feeling that something wasn’t right – even when lab results came back “normal”? Learn how to decode those silent signals and make swift, informed decisions.
As you step into the role of a true clinician, you’ll discover strategies to become more proactive, not reactive. This high-energy, interactive seminar will equip you with the confidence and critical thinking skills to interpret lab results with precision, uncover subtle clinical clues, and elevate your impact as a patient advocate powerhouse.
Join internally recognized speaker and critical care expert Cyndi Zarbano, MSN-Ed, CCRN, PCCN, CMSRN, LNC, as she demystifies both the common and the often-overlooked lab values that can make or break patient outcomes. With over 30 years of experience as an ICU nurse, rapid response, clinician, and mentor to new nurses, Cyndi brings unmatched clinical depth, real-world insight, and a dynamic teaching style that makes complex topics practical and memorable.
In this seminar, you’ll explore a wide range of laboratory tests – why they’re ordered, what they reveal, and how to interpret them with confidence. Learn to identify early warning signs hidden within “normal” labs, anticipate complications before they occur, and confidently guide clinical decisions that change lives.
This isn’t just a review of lab values – this is a masterclass in clinical interpretation that will:
Stop waiting for the numbers to tell the whole story – learn to read between the lines. Register now and become the clinician your patients count on when it matters most.
