Description

The population is aging, chronic illness is on the rise, and patients with chronic diseases or “geriatric conditions” are more expensive and harder to manage than ever before.

But fear not, these chronic conditions are easily preventable, and the key to success lies in one powerful concept: Early Intervention.

This masterclass demonstrates how you can implement this straightforward framework without the need for additional training, specializations, or even extending treatment times. It’s a practical, seamlessly integrative approach that puts patient function first.

Revolutionize how you tackle functional decline today! Join Ron Blehm, PT, and discover how YOU can …

Spot Functional Decline Earlier With:

  • New methods for biometric screenings, intake screenings, and charting templates
  • Lifestyle driven functional examinations offering tests & measures that provide objective data
  • Screening tools linked to daily activities within the home and community environments

  • Better models of care, annual screenings, and updated standards for quality and patient safety (QPS)
  • A “primary care inspired” approach to practice and moving beyond the cycle of disability and referral
  • Case studies promoting early intervention for functional decline and preventable chronic conditions
